New environmental agreement for Elpro

Elpro i Alingsås AB recently signed a three-year agreement with Telair International AB in Lund for control equipment for cargo and baggage handing at airports. The agreement will run for three years and is worth approximately SEK 3 million a year.

“We are obviously very happy and satisfied with the agreement,” says Eivind Ottoson, CEO of Elpro.

“We have partnered with Telair for a couple of years previously and we see this as proof that they are happy with what we do and that we can also use this opportunity to develop together in the coming years.

The assignment in question relates to the manufacture and delivery of complete cabinets with cabling and control, and the volume will amount to approximately 60 cabinets a year. Elpro’s commitment will apply immediately and according to Eivind Ottoson is worth approximately SEK 3 million a year.

Telair provides a wide range of cargo and baggage handling systems to facilitate and streamline loading and unloading of planes and thereby contributing to better working conditions and better protection of baggage and cargo spaces.

The Telair division in Lund is part of Telair International Group, with head offices in Miesbach, Germany, which is the world leading supplier of cargo handling systems and related products for commercial aircraft and military applications. The Group is an OEM supplier for Airbus and Boeing, among others.
